The most toxic place I have ever worked. All levels of leadership--from Burwell to deans to chairs to HR--lack competance. Staff are fearful. Managers are hostile. There is a culture of retaliation. Many units are not in compliance with university guidelines, those thst exist anyway.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New president, new provost, an actual faculty governance structure.
