    From the top down, there is a huge lack of respect for civil service employees. It hurts the employees when they see the lack of respect coming from the top. Without secretaries, this place would not run but they are not treated as such. They seem to think anyone can do these jobs.

    Just lack of pay and don't feel like I'm valued, don't feel like I'm using my strengths to the best of my ability
