What do you like best about the leadership team?Do a great job with donors and reaching out outside of the company
What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone is nice and cares about each other, including outside of work. People get together with their kids and spend time together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The every day work is not too much to handle. People are nice that come into the office and talk to you
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? From the top down, there is a huge lack of respect for civil service employees. It hurts the employees when they see the lack of respect coming from the top. Without secretaries, this place would not run but they are not treated as such. They seem to think anyone can do these jobs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Just lack of pay and don't feel like I'm valued, don't feel like I'm using my strengths to the best of my ability
