What does the leadership team need to get better at?
everything, not favoritism, promote the real people that deserved it not their friends and family
Understanding that the world and employment are changing. The rigid, good ole boys network is fading. We either need to change willingly or will be forced to in the future

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The maternity leave makes you drain your own PTO/vacation and sick leave so you come back to an available balance of 0 hours
What are some of the best things about your team?
Non judgmental, Caring, Trusting, Hard workers
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
everything, no team work unless your a favorite, family member or friend
They are all dull, sticks in the mud. It's considered scandalous if my pants appear like leggings and is distracting, apparently.
