What are some of the best things about your team?People are always looking out for each other. Have an exam? It shouldn't be hard to find a cover for you, as long as you remain friendly and kind with your co-workers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Team-environment. Going to work is fun because it is enjoyable to be around my co-workers and manager.
What makes you most happy at work?Interacting with co-workers, the job is pretty boring just watching people swipe ID cards.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I run the front desk at a gym. While it is an entry-level position, I would like better compensation but I know it isn't really deserved.
