There is meetings for suggestions and ideas.

Seeing the work and care we put into our job for the elderly. Its not always about the money

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I bring a lot of pivotability to our team and am constantly needing to change plans in a heart beat due to inadequate ingredients. It works really be nice to have things ordered on time instead of not or never. This becomes very frustrating.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along and work well together. Done do more than others, but we all seem to sweat it out together to get the job done
We all help each other when needed
Very diverse, open to new ideas

We are all from different backgrounds and we pull together to really make a great team
