People who have no self esteem, don't mind being talked down to, have no other means of job or income.

One way feedback from management to employees, if you disagree, you get put on the bad list and are reprimanded or given bad tasks as punishment. They will also look for ways to get rid of you if you don't agree with management.

After a while, you are like, dang, not this again. You feel like you live there and are there more than your own home.

The pay is very good, but you work so many hours, you earn it, and by the time your hours come in, it decreases it less and less.

The employees do not respect the management team because of how poor they are treated, they do just enough work to get by without being noticed. Very poor morale. You are required to work a ridiculous amount of hours, similar to a sweat shop.

The employees are excellent, do a good job and work hard.

The leadership is a 50's-60's style leadership where management tells you what to do and how to do it and that is it. It is a dictator authoritative style.
