They ask for our feedback and value it honestly and update us on any progress they make on behalf of each team member.

Bonus is very good if you work hard and smart
It is more generous than fair :)
The stock plan. Can make some serious money in the long-run.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are exposed to all the teams and business components and responsible to make the applications integration and teams enablement well aligned and flawless. It is most educational and value able type of work to deal with.

Passion to do the impossible and unthinkable for future communication technologies.
Cross culture and treat all the ppl well. they have good policy in place.
