Try Treating humans like humans
Learning the business and history of what made the company successful and change the dictatorship and arrogance perceptions.
Diversity training and leadership across the entire company
They need new,fresh blood. It's just a bunch of old guys who groupthink
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Dental benefits are really good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is well below the industry standard. Benefits are not great and cost way too much. Raises are nonexistent or well below the rises in the cost of living.
The pay is not worth the stress and idiots you have to deal with
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some smart people, all under paid and under appreciated
Good communication and teamwork
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No private spaces. Open and very noisy work areas. Low morale and high turnover.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are trying to make us feel appreciated
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management is constantly changing. Priorities change constantly. Frequent layoffs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Pretty straight forward, Do a weird 3rd party system to verify you. had to send paycheck stubs from old jobs to prove my employment.

Management is completely clueless. Get some leaders who have a vision and know how to follow it through.
They're always ripping off customers
