Certain departments are great and others can be very toxic! You quickly find that out once hired because it's a known fact but nothing is ever done. I am grateful to be apart of a department that is not toxic.

Open communication from the top down

Communication from upper management is great. Also the core values in order are faith, family, friends then work

Keeping up with current company trends and styles. Adapting to fit with the newer generation of hires. Listening and working with the majority of employees recommendations, instead of telling them to find a new place to work.

Externally was a quick an easy process that gave feedback and notice of hire within 2 weeks. Applying internally is usually a quick process but will unfortunately come with HR gossip.

We interviewed a team to make sure new people will fit within our team

It was so easy to talk to my supervisor I in the interview

Knowing that the people I currently work with are not the typical type of hires that the company likes to promote because they tend to be themselves and not uptight. Being able to talk freely with my coworkers and supervisor without fear of being reprimanded.
