They were all OKAY good people’s to work with

Replace the ones there with ones who actually believe in the company's professed values.
Emplyee treatment and not unfair tereatment
Finding ways to enhance workers lives, making appearances ,talking to the labor class.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's fairly I like it to be honest I love working for Union tank out here in Evanston Wyoming
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have no compensation, unless you're talking about our insurance that costs way to much for the money we make!
Health care is too high compared to last contract. The union reps should have broke the withdrawal of funds for medical into biweekly scheduling
More compensation I have the knowledge and skills, lack to get certifications to obtain higher by Manger keeps me bound.

Supportive environment with colleagues but not from the middle management
attendance, youthfulness, friendly for the most part
Always helping one another one big happy family and always happy to give the big bosses our opinions and what do we like what we can do to make things safer and what would save time 2 get the job done
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More incentive to get th job dine
Try getting some work done for a change instead of kissing up.
Everyone should be held accountable for their actuons

my enthusiasm to out do the day before
They're always focus on their employees making sure that they're doing the job right as anything that they can do to help us achieve and accomplish more goals

People an managers need to work better together
Getting managers that listen instead of covering up the problem.

Being briefed on job duties that are only half correct
