Has great opportunities for progressing. Entry level roles are very easily moved up. Managers of mine are very encouraging for us ti go for other toles and help prepare us too.
When I first joined the company I really enjoyed the work I was doing but unfortunately with the new safety and service supervisor the job has gone down hill and fast. With the attitude of if you don't like it, you know where the door is.
