What do you like best about the leadership team?
When it comes to getting a job done, everyone pull together to get it done in a timely manner
Everyone is nice and respectable. Everyone treats each other like family. Have had no problems with my work team. I love working there. Keep up the good work team

It has everything I was looking for and if there was something I didn't want, I didn't have to get it if I wanted to
Everything that I wanted it to be setup is correct to my specifications. I am satisfied

There's no talking about each other or confrontations or arguments. Everyone gets along with eachother

Recognize your employees in a way that incentivizes continued good work
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process was easy, manager made me feel at home
The hiring manager made me feel at home. It took the edge off of being so nervous

Working at a pace that makes time pass by quickly
Gives me a chance to get away from my own house. And I like going to work, being in a comfortable work environment with friends
