Used to be great, leadership is lacking despite top heavy executives, nurses get tons of perks/incentives and other employees see no incentives. Morale is at an all time low.

Cooperation and creativity despite lack of day today management and administration’s lack of respon
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to front line workers concerns and taking action based on those concerns versus taking action on ridiculous leadership programs that just make mor headaches for staff
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Administration doesn’t know who I am or what I do. Front line staff, other than nurses, are told they’re valued, but the actions to back that up are non- existent anym
