What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the focus on team morale.
They will work with you when you need time off

Listening to front line workers concerns and taking action based on those concerns versus taking action on ridiculous leadership programs that just make mor headaches for staff
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance options are fantastic.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Administration doesn’t know who I am or what I do. Front line staff, other than nurses, are told they’re valued, but the actions to back that up are non- existent anym
What are some of the best things about your team?
Cooperation and creativity despite lack of day today management and administration’s lack of respon

The focus on team morale.
Our team cares about the safety of each other as well as the patients we serve.

It was routine and fairly easy.
I never felt uncomfortable and felt very much at ease.
It went into great detail about all the benefits of the company

I like all of my coworkers.
Getting to spend the day with my coworkers
No two days are ever alike
What makes me most happy is patients getting the appropriate intervention that is discovered to be needed and that coworkers support the needed interventions as well
