What do you like best about the leadership team?
ULG Leadership is open and honest. They set expectations and move the company forward towards the company goals.
I like that our leadership team is on-deck and available to give support during calls and approachable should I have a question after speaking to a client.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The entire company is in desperate need of leadership training
At face value, they have a lot of wonderful values and virtues that they emphasize but appear to have no interest in upholding these business guru revelations.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary, the salary is the only positive
The company provides a fair wage to work provided. Not the highest in the industry but does provide full benefits to help support families and 401k matching.
Best part of the compensation package is Company Paid ADP and 401k Matching.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Great industry experience that provides lots of perspectives on issue resolution. The new ULG takes more ownership to find solutions to customer problems.
My team is forward thinking in how to address time management issues and open to collaboration to find the best ways to help other team members meet their goals.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The entire company should be reevaluated

Open and honest work culture. From CEO down you can say what you want.

Solving customer problems with new innovative solutions. The technology is a bit dated but does work at the end of the day.
