The ability for a entry-level employee to approach and be herd by the big guys

BCBS and 401k match plus rate has not gone up in years
Day one benefits for all employees with very reasonable employee contribution amounts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay your team more..... forget all the bullshit carrots they dangle in front of its
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always willing to provide feedback well being able to work with me on my ideas

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
United Road invests in their employees' success and well being. Employees, managers, and their respective departments all try to support each other. It's a good place to work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
replace entire management team.... which is also way too top heavy

Honest and up front on needs and expectations
I met with several people in various departments as well as the CEO during my interview process, which gave me a broad view of the company, its goals, and a comprehensive understanding of where I could contribute.
