What makes you most happy at work?
I use to enjoy getting up watching the sunrise an get my day started but now it's just negative
Fair pay and the opportunity to work early and get off early
Foe me it's getting out and seeing the places and meeting the people
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Replace the executive team with better people not necessarily better workers.
Nothing's wrong for certain, it's just how I feel about working in general.
