This company has gotten worse every year. Employees are not treated equally.

Its a lot of changes. Nothing is constant.

company gone down hill in southeast region since new people took over

I like that they get the job done and if your not a team player your on the bench but that also goes for the higher ups also and imd I believe that if you work for a portable toilet company you should know how to do the job personally not just go by what she video in a class room somewhere told you

The sheer extent in which they look out for even the entry level employees, heed their feedback and reward merit every time.

They need to learn how to appreciate the employees and consider the fact that employees have families too.

My job is not appreciated. Executive team has no clue about the work done by my department. We are the lowest paid in our industry.
