Pay for performance rewards excellence.
Salary was more than I probably deserved.
Incentive and profit sharing pay. When U. S. Steel does well, employees do well.
Retirement and 401k and vacation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Get some back pay from when I should have had a raise years ago.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Intelligence and teamwork can be inspiring to be better.
High performance team with strong common values.
Experience, pride, genuine care for quality, #1 in safety performance
We atteract and there is a very strong feeling of team work

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teamwork is what i appreciate the most.
Safety Culture has produced one of the most positive turn arounds in performance.
Very spacious and always clean and tidy

One to one interview was a thoughtful process.
The challenging questions made me think deeply about the future and the way I can influence it positively.
Hard questions but fair questions.
The HR first of all gives me courage in my own case
