I work with great people. We have limitations with budget and what upper management will allow. We have great ideas to improve our center and patient satisfaction, but sometimes budget (from upper management) comes before new innovations and process improvement.

Staff are team players. They work well together. Patient care and safety are high priorities.

Stock options and retirement is comparable to similar companies. Pay is also comparable to the market.
