They do not micro manage
The Leadership gets involved in day to day running of the business, they do not hide in their office nor point fingers to blame you if things go wrong rather use it as a learning to avoid another problem.

Honesty, integrity, listening to employess, visibility.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock options and retirement is comparable to similar companies. Pay is also comparable to the market.

Great staff and great team work. Positive work environment because of the staff. Everyone is patient care centered.
Everyone accepts their responsibilities the majority of the time
We have huddle every morning and discuss ways to improve and solve problem before it becomes big.

Staff are team players. They work well together. Patient care and safety are high priorities.
