Their dedication towards the fiscal goals

Actually be qualified to lead. Develop a minimum understanding that client retention is important. The bare minimum to support the business would be an improvement.
Viewing employees as contributors and not resources to be used up.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Transport and on time payment

Underpaid when compared to market.
Pay at par with the market and benefits like other companies
Compensation is not based upon merit or contributions, rather on how well liked you are by management.
