Annual bonus is based on company profits. Do well, make more. How that's calculated is hard to know. Profit checks are decided by managers, so are subject to personal discretion.

Very undervalued and not listened to or even heard
Our bonuses and overtime to be available again as well as good insurance. Also better sick time leave
i would feel better about my job paying more money for coming to work everyday but production should be based on positive and willing to learn and invest in the company
Health care is mediocre, for a computer this profitable, there put too much on the backs of employees
