What do you like best about the leadership team?
You are your on boss
They are spread thin but keep a finger on the pulse
They try to work with employees within the company policy
Day to day involvement and a will win attitude
They are ready to help you and are very knowledgeable about the products. One at the plant i work for is very detail oriented and had 43 years experience.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is possible poor, doesn't even exist
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being able to save for the future.
I like the bouse pool
Quick changes in the bonus structure,being done by mid level managers without explanation

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very undervalued and not listened to or even heard
Our bonuses and overtime to be available again as well as good insurance. Also better sick time leave
i would feel better about my job paying more money for coming to work everyday but production should be based on positive and willing to learn and invest in the company
Health care is mediocre, for a computer this profitable, there put too much on the backs of employees

Dependability and Trust are the best things about my team.
They are very postivey about soloving proplems
Ability to work as a team, train new employees and help with daily task without proper supervision
Caring and just real teammates
Team oriented and family oriented.

The overly competitive environment encouraged single locations to ignore the good of the corporation for their individual desires. Deception and a arrogance too abundant
