He served as General Manager of Operations of Universal Forest Products Woodburn, Ore., plant. since 1996 and also served as its Vice President of Operations. Mr. Webster began his career in sales and purchasing at Universal's Grand Rapids, MI headquarters. He served successive executive positions in purchasing and operations.
