What do you like best about the leadership team?
They sre a fantadtic group

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Executive leadership is stale, amd not proactive
Pay and benefits having support and supplies for us to work . When you are in 80 degree weather you should be able to go inside for few minutes
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health Insurance is the best I've had in the theme park industry, tuition reimbursement program is also great, and of course access to the parks is a wonderful perk.
My 401k and health insurance, tuition reimbursement for graduate school
The perks of free park access, ticket and discounts are great. They also provide great insurance whether you are full or part time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus format does not follow evaluation format
They make millions I work hard and I leave in my car
I feel like we should get paid a little bit more because a lot of us are struggling.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with amazing and friendly people that are willing to drop everything if you are in trouble. It is a very supportive and friendly atmosphere that makes you proud to work here.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I wpuld say the only positive of the environment is my peers.
my interactions with my manger and team that I supervise
Everyone is just kind and this is a fun job. Guests and team members want to be here to provide a fun and joyful experience.
Taking off the cheap polyester uniforms and going home
Guests can be nice some times, and if you have a supervisor that understand the nature of work, it can be ok
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It needs to be fair for everybody because sometimes management and even the leads show favoritism from one team member to the other
Union, or better team/management communication. Set up a board to act a leasion between workers and "Ivory Tower ".
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewers are so kind and professional and just help make you comfortable.
I was introduced to the team and toured the facility shortly after meeting with the hiring manager
It was honest and fair and very simple questions to answer
Not much, it was easy and they hire just about anyone
I got to be myself and ask questions.

Hired people the want to work and not the friends or kids of the managers or executives they are lazy and HR protect them
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can make a guest or a TM feel a bit better about their day. To be able to support my Team and empathize with their struggles. Making a difference in their lives, a positive impact.
Seeing the smiles on a guests face when you've helped make their day even better!
Being able to collaborate with peers.
I loved my job at universal studios,, it was the best job I've ever had,, I would love to get my job back if that's even possible

Management Human Resources stop getting rid of the manager the really work and get rid of the friends of the executives
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The company needs to fill more entry and mid level roles to support the increasing workload.
