Executive leadership is stale, amd not proactive
Pay and benefits having support and supplies for us to work . When you are in 80 degree weather you should be able to go inside for few minutes
Bonus format does not follow evaluation format
They make millions I work hard and I leave in my car

It needs to be fair for everybody because sometimes management and even the leads show favoritism from one team member to the other
Union, or better team/management communication. Set up a board to act a leasion between workers and "Ivory Tower ".
Hired people the want to work and not the friends or kids of the managers or executives they are lazy and HR protect them
Management Human Resources stop getting rid of the manager the really work and get rid of the friends of the executives
The company needs to fill more entry and mid level roles to support the increasing workload.
