Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They could afford to pay their staff a living wage but won't

Pay at least everyone a base rate of 22 an hour

MORE MONEY EQUALS HAPPY EMPLOOYES

Because i work countless hours more than im supposed to but never get bonus or compensated

I would like for this company to give more fair opportunities to there employees

Review from Operations Dept

As a security officer we are on the lower end of the pay scale for UO/NBC/Comcast. we all pull over 70h a week and are treated poorly

They could offer better compensation, they cut too many corners to save money

Review from Sales Dept

More staff recognition to boost morale
