They could afford to pay their staff a living wage but won't

Because i work countless hours more than im supposed to but never get bonus or compensated

As a security officer we are on the lower end of the pay scale for UO/NBC/Comcast. we all pull over 70h a week and are treated poorly
They could offer better compensation, they cut too many corners to save money
