Because i work countless hours more than im supposed to but never get bonus or compensated

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works together to reach our goals and there is very limited drama.
my team is like a family
The employees are kind and just want to do their job and go home.
Supportive. Fun. Hard-working. Everyone has each others back.

They stink, and we sll know that

Our meetings are mostly a waste. We are told rules like schoolchildren and management cannot answer really questions.

Everyone is accepted as they are, the cultral diversity is awesome.
Everyone is accepting of different people's views, religions, and opinions.
Teamwork made us all feel we were pulling in the same direction.
To get things done in a timely matter having good teamplayers

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Income able to have growth learn new things interchangeable jobs from field
People are rude, disrespectful and have no empathy
Everything the place is not run properly
Punish managers for lying. Hire managers who have management training. Make our job requirements crystal clear.
