they do not modify salary structure time to time
I would feel better about my compensation if it were based upon a 40-hour work week. That is not the case.

Diverse backgrounds and experiences. Efficient work is done.

The majority of my team is knowledgeable, skilled, and enthusiastic.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a college campus, so the morale is pretty high and people want to be there.
The hard working people who make the university run are enthusiastic.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
they need to pay smart, update the salary structure

fair, neutral, not influenced by others
It was clear that the team was as interested in a person who was better in person than on paper.

Things are not organized well, an immediate boss always give inputs, freedom to work is less
I'd be happier with work if I weren't micromanaged.
