What do you like best about the leadership team?
The are Intelligent, transparent and have the best interest of the company, viewers and employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to learn the television business. Go figure.
Communicating with employees, professional development, hiring based on merit and not based on politics and personal bias.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Matching 401 k and benefits medical dental
They give you excellent medical plans

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
only basic benefits offered. No long term incentives
I'm fine with my pay, on paper, but benefit costs are astronomical.
Compensation is low, people are not promoted based on talent or merit, but rather on politics.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has each other's back and supports the greater goal.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Univision career-ists. They know nothing about the media business outside of Univision and that has hurt the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly co workers Who will be always for you
People are direct, supportive and constructive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything has to change. Just get the layoffs overwith.

It was pretty nice and fast
