    You may re-use the USB Drive from your music on hold player if you do not have a spare. Erase the existing music file on the drive and save the attached .mp3 to the USB stick. Then follow the instructions below.

    Changing your password

    Begin by entering your lastname in the search box and clicking search.

    Your Name next to the blue person icon is a link. Click it to enter your profile. From your home screen you can update your question and answer profiles (required if you have never used the system), initiate a password reset or change your password.

    Select Manage My Passwords to change the current password.

    Enter your current password to continue. If you don't know your password or it has expire please use the "Forgot My Password" link instead of "Manage my Passwords".

    Enter a new password. Passwords must be greater then 8 characters long and include:

    Upper-Case Letter

    Lower-Case Letter

    Special Character (!@#$\%^&*()_+)

    Number

    Open the Settings App

    Tap "Accounts & Passwords", choose Add Account.

    Choose Exchange

    Enter your in the Email field and 'UNO' in the Description field. This is the username you would use for webmail.

    When prompted enter your password

    You may need to add additional information at this point.

    Server: mail.ontoss.com

    Domain: leave blank

    Username: this should match what you enter for your email.

    Choose the items you wish to sync and tap save.

  • Note: If you are calibrating the host terminal, please reach out to the help desk first (if this terminal is taken offline, your system will go down for the duration)

    Go to the terminal and hit <Clear> 6 times in Rapid Succession. The normal windows desktop will appear (if that doesn’t work, hit <Clear> <Clear><Bksp><Bksp><Enter><Enter> in that order).

    Look for the icon labeled Microchip TSHARC and tap on it.

    Select the tab for Calibration:

    For the 1st time calibrating, use the 9 Point and hit “Begin Linearization”. If this calibration doesn’t work, repeat the same process with “25” and then “28” Point.

    Follow the on-screen prompts.

    The terminal will then prompt you to test the calibration and then <Ok> or <Apply> to save the settings.

    When it’s completed and Saved, you will be taken back to the desktop screen. Using the <Start> button on the bottom of the screen, Restart the terminal. When it comes back up, go ahead and test. If it still fails to hold calibration, give us a call at the help desk and we can open a ticket with ResourcePOS.
