Mr. Mounir Hilal, MBA, BEng, PMP has been Chief Customer Officer of Upland Software, Inc. since April 2015 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Hilal served as Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Global Services at Upland Software, Inc. since February 2012 until April 2015. Mr. Hilal serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Global Services at Tenrox, Inc and served as its Vice President of Customer Success and Strategic Accounts. Mr. Hilal served as the Vice President of Global Services of Tenrox, Inc. Mr. Hilal served as Director of Professional Services of Tenrox, Inc. Mr. Hilal joined Tenrox in 1996 as one of it's first software engineers. Since then, Mr. Hilal has taken strategic responsibilities in managing the Tenrox Enterprise Solution Team, he has further established, grown and managed Tenrox Professional Services team globally. He has more than 12 years of experience and has acquired extensive knowledge in software design, development and deployment processes with expertise in system integration specializing in back office financial and ERP solutions. Furthermore, Mr. Hilal has a high degree of expertise in operational control, compliance and business process optimization. He has closely managed key implementations for strategic clients such as Time Warner, Bell Mobility, Fireman's Fund, IBM, Corning Cable systems, Visa and Motorola. He holds a bachelor's degree in software engineering from McGill University and an MBA from Queen's University and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
