After being a client of Upland Software for 10+ years and spending hundreds of thousands with them, I asked to re-negotiate a 3-year contract I was locked in to as the business was going through a difficult period and email marketing was no longer working. They point-blank refused.
Co workers encourage each other as management is focused on each other.
A positive experience so far, however a few points with possible enhancements can make it by far way better

The fact that it is remote doesn't make you feel like you are alone. You can always reach to a colleague whenever necessary. People are nice, smart and can help you at any time you need. Worload is appropriate and no overtime is needed. At each 2 weeks you get to plan the next 2 weeks of work.
