Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I think the benefits question doesn't apply. We don't have any. About the compensation, I believe that maybe as a starting point as a test period is ok. However, after a few months, this pay amount doesn't hold on talents. Maybe $25~$30/h would make me feel better. I really like this position.
