Mr. Timothy W. Mattox, also known as Tim, has been the Chief Operating Officer of Upland Software, Inc., since July 2014 and has been its President since February 4, 2015. Mr. Mattox oversees Upland's marketing, development, operations, human resources and product areas, helping to grow more effectively and efficiently. Mr. Mattox served as Vice President of Strategy at Dell Inc. from January 2007 to January 2009. Mr. Mattox had responsibility of working directly with Michael Dell on the major strategic issues and opportunities. He has exceptional experience in pricing, demand/supply forecasting, strategy and execution. Prior to Dell Inc., he served as a Marketing Executive at the Vice President level within the Dell Americas and Product Group organizations. Mr. Mattox also served as Vice President and General Manager for the Dell Hosting Group as well as Vice President of Strategy for Dell's Enterprise Systems Group. Prior to joining Dell in 1998, he served as Consultant with Bain & Company. He also served as a Senior Product Line Manager for Oracle Corporation running Oracle's DEC UNIX product line. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of TeamEx, CEO Ventures Limited and CEO Ventures Angel Fund. Mr. Mattox holds Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Stanford University.
