What do you like best about the leadership team?
Understanding and patient all the time
i am totally ignored whenever they visit
The fact that they truly care about you as an individual and are willing to work hard to make you happy. They want happy people so they are happy at work as well. They also work hard to provide a bright and successful future for their people.
They are there to help the patients and their employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is only available when they want to be available.
Making employees feel valued. All they care about are numbers. There doesn't seem to ANY effort made to hire well experienced and talented physical therapists. Seems they are only interested in hiring new grads to save money. Dont seem to care about quality of care- ONLY productivity numbers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO is the best!!!!! Vision is better than most plans. Paid holidays! Paid CEUs!!!!!!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paying me more and giving me time for breaks
Never any show of of appreciation for making improvements in numbers while also trying to provide a high quality of care.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are genuinely trying to do their best and are willing to be helpful.

The joy and happiness we bring each other, the success of our pts, the teamwork, the excitement for the future.

i am underpaid overworked and my well being isnt valued
