I'm a contracted employer but unlike other contracted employees, I don't have any days, which really slows down my productivity and overall motivation level. I also don't have any social benefits e.g. sick or maternity leave, which makes me quite insecure about my future.

The camaraderie between everyone: UAL, UAPs and guides.
Big picture: knowing that my work actually improves lives of people, and pushing the industry to do better. Small scale: interactions with coworkers and external stakeholders/ industry, opportunities to present myself to a wider audience, figuring out problems and building things from scratch
