Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Freedom to work unsupervised, freedom to work remotely, open to new ideas, respectful of all staff.
Flexibility, open-mindedness, letting employees take decisions, overall support, no feeling of hierarchy
The spirit and enthusiasm that they approach opportunities and challenges and the trust in their team members that they show.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Organization, clear communication, time management (coordinating deadlines, lead times, etc.).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's a fair wage and I really enjoy the work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a contracted employer but unlike other contracted employees, I don't have any days, which really slows down my productivity and overall motivation level. I also don't have any social benefits e.g. sick or maternity leave, which makes me quite insecure about my future.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Enthusiasm, passion, creativity, consideration for others on the team.
Supportive, friendly, polite, helpful, lovely
agile, efficient, united, Team work, nice
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Being able to work together in person more often as a team. Having teams or some team members closer together geographically, ie in the same city, when they should be in close proximity to be able to work closely together on projects to produce mote effective results.
More regular, face to face meetings each year
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fun, good energy, inclusive, respectful, caring, integral
We are all in this job because we genuinely love the company, the industry and the people we work with. No one just views it as a job -- we're invested and like family.
Cultural diversity, openness, support of other people, clearly defined values, which are part of the company DNA.
The people are amazing, the conferences are incredible, the work is fun and the opportunities are endless.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn't an interview. It was casual discussion over lunch.
It's not just about finding qualified candidates, but candidates who fit the brand.
It was short and straight to the point.
Coming to the table with something valuable rather than just being told what I would be doing made a big difference to how I felt about this job compared to previous jobs.

Being creative and working on the things I am good at
The camaraderie between everyone: UAL, UAPs and guides.
Big picture: knowing that my work actually improves lives of people, and pushing the industry to do better. Small scale: interactions with coworkers and external stakeholders/ industry, opportunities to present myself to a wider audience, figuring out problems and building things from scratch
To learn new things everyday.
