CEO needs to recognize value of employees
Interview was minimal. Basically s change of shirts
Treated as an unemportant member of the team. Extremely undervalued
Treat everyone as equals and realize it takes several different posistions to make something successful
Yes very undervalued. Yearly Bonus compensation which had not been paid in 3 years
Appreciate their employees and give praise and appropriate compensation where a job is deserving of such perks
