Appreciate their employees and give praise and appropriate compensation where a job is deserving of such perks

Yes very undervalued. Yearly Bonus compensation which had not been paid in 3 years
Grossly underpaid. Attention not paid to people who do a good job and work hard.
Part timer employes do not have benefits the thing is sometimes you work more than 30 hours
What are some of the best things about your team?
unity and understanding with good
The employees are very nice.
Hard workers lot of passion for our jobs duties

Treat everyone as equals and realize it takes several different posistions to make something successful
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees are nice, products are usually creatively and visually stimulating.
The culture than its been for so many years

CEO needs to recognize value of employees
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview was minimal. Basically s change of shirts
At the time, the woman who did the interviewing was just a nice, friendly person.
