- What makes you most happy at work?What makes me happy is the environment in the company, I am also happy I can work alongside these amazing people and that I feel included, not only that but the flexibility is amazing.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The most positive thing culture-wise is that it's inclusive no matter who you are or what's your nationality, you won't feel excluded at all here. About the environment I'd say that the most positive thing is that even though everyone always has something to do, if you ask for help they will help!
- What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone on the team is a friend to you, they are always supportive and reachable, and they also make you feel right at home by not putting you aside and always making their best effort to put a smile on your face, not only that but if you need their help they will always help you no matter what.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?When talkign to teammates you can notice that even in the same position, we all have different compensations, so I think that is kind of unfair, I do understand the reason but still unfair for the people with the same position.
