It's been a great experience working in Urbina Immigration Law, I've personally learned a lot and I've felt like part of the community within the company since my first days, everyone is so friendly and always there for you, I can safely say this is the best job I've had so far!

I feel good working at the company. I trust that I can rely on the management if I were to have any personal issues, and they will make an effort to understand and assist me. The company's ethics align with my personal ethical standards regarding the service we provide.

Leadership is so down to earth and always there for you, they are also so friendly and will go to great lengths to help you find a solution to any problem you might be facing!

It is more than fair and it is designed so I can do my work without having any other worries.

The four day work week is an amazing perk! The benefits the firm provides are really great too, like the matching 401k. The firm strives on making sure everyone has a healthy work life balance.

I think it's the paid time off

The best part about my compensation package is the paid leave I can take to sit for exams. This allows me the necessary time and financial support to focus on my education and professional development, ensuring I have the best possible chance to excel in my exams.

Not everyone in the office has PTO. Most benefits are for in person employees

When talkign to teammates you can notice that even in the same position, we all have different compensations, so I think that is kind of unfair, I do understand the reason but still unfair for the people with the same position.

Everyone on the team is a friend to you, they are always supportive and reachable, and they also make you feel right at home by not putting you aside and always making their best effort to put a smile on your face, not only that but if you need their help they will always help you no matter what.

Camaraderie and collaboration. We are honest people with ethics

We work hard to act like a team and help each other. I always feel like I can reach out to any member and they will support me.

One of the best things about our team is how well we all work together. The genuine interest in the work we do shows with everyone and we are all very team oriented.

The most positive thing culture-wise is that it's inclusive no matter who you are or what's your nationality, you won't feel excluded at all here. About the environment I'd say that the most positive thing is that even though everyone always has something to do, if you ask for help they will help!

Honesty. We do not give false expectations to clients, but we do the best for each case

The respect and the real open door policy. The team is open to hearing each other and working through any project as one. There is a lot of respect to each other.

They are interested in us not only as workers but also as people. For them, it is important that we have time to spend with our families and they organize activities to let us relax and also get to know each other

The most positive thing about our culture and the environment I would say is how we can all relay on one another and have that common goal to see each other and the firm succeed to be the best we can be.

The flow of the conversation, it felt natural and easy to do. Being able to find out all the amazing perks the firm offers and hearing about what they do and the difference they make in the community.

What makes me happy is the environment in the company, I am also happy I can work alongside these amazing people and that I feel included, not only that but the flexibility is amazing.
