Communication, staffing, funding allocations, patient care, trainting
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay was marketplace competitive. No compliants regarding compensation package other than needed to negotiate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Voices are not heard. Management gossips and tells lies.
Better health insurance and night/weekend differentials

Peers take care of one another and genuinely care about patients

Condescending management who are mean
