Provide the level of support for your staff that you expect them to provide patients. Imagine being a patient with cancer and needing treatment. Would you want the staff treating you to be over-worked, under-paid, and treated poorly by their employers? That's the US Oncology model at its best.
Getting connected to the people who work here who want to have a Community Cancer Center that is serving all the needs of Cancer patients, no just Radiation Oncology needs. We are far from competitive in our area.

Management needs to have more integrity. Its hard to respect a manager who has favorites and lets her favorites make the decisions. She has no backbone and its hard to respect a manager who has a PHD but has no clinical knowledge ir skills.
Seems fair as a place to start
401K and all options as far as offerings
Review from Operations Dept
Medical, 401k and HSA options
Not sure but I'd love to be able to participate in the stock program
Review from Operations Dept
The benefits are very good, price is reasonable, they have a lot of perks too
Review from Operations Dept
No appreciation on weather you ask to help or not.
More training is needed to grow.
It's not "competitive" pay when you pay employees below the bottom 25th percentile range. At least get employees on the right pay scale. US Oncology clearly hates children because the health insurance policies they offer are absurdly expensive for families and offer little to no benefit when needed.
We work well together, communicate efficiently, and put the patient first. We all truly care about our patients.
They are understanding with each other.
Comradery when there is any issue with Pt.

The main grouo of RN's that have been there 10 years plus are awesome.... the management team is horrible
They work hard and do their best to be as accurate as possible.
Micro management Advancement based on friendship not work
Well all dont like management
Our site has nice doctors and friendly staff
My patients who appreciate me and my skills and knowledge
They listen to complaints, explain why a situation cannot be fixed, when it can't. They are responsive to needs

Going home at the end of the day
Employees on all levels need to be included in certain decisions made in the dept.
Review from Operations Dept
The Director needs a good talking to by upper leadership. He is biased toward disabled people and feels employees should be written up if they make one mistake
The office manager was very professional
There were multiple interviews. I guess I liked questions they asked about me but didn’t know hardly about the job I applied f
Speaking to several people instead of just 1
Review from Operations Dept
Interviewed with various team members
Review from Operations Dept
It did not allow an opportunity to discuss what the company can offer me as an employee.
Review from Operations Dept
No idea... I have been here for many years. My interview back in the day was nerve racking, but now this company will hire any warm body to fill the gaps and let the rest of the nurses pick up the slack
They try to sell you. Very high turnover rate
when you dont have to deal with negative provider
We provide good patient care
Knowing that I'm adding experience and time to my resume, so I can get a better job elsewhere sooner, rather than later.
Lunchtime, breaks and departure time. Sadly, the morale here, overall, is very low due to various reasons, such as disconnect with Corporate and low pay rates as compared to another local hospital. TRUTH.
Review from Operations Dept
Having a patient thank me for being myself, noticing that I am a good nurse
Review from Operations Dept
Again, the Director makes up his own rules and discriminates against disabled employees. Makes written false statements too
Management and micro management Work load
