They work hard and do their best to be as accurate as possible.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Again, the Director makes up his own rules and discriminates against disabled employees. Makes written false statements too

What did you like most about the interview process?

There were multiple interviews. I guess I liked questions they asked about me but didn’t know hardly about the job I applied f

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The Director needs a good talking to by upper leadership. He is biased toward disabled people and feels employees should be written up if they make one mistake
