What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very supportive leadership team, possibilities for employee growth are limitless. As a feedback company the leadership team is also very open for feedback and approachable. They like to lead by example and their vision is ambitious.
They are genuinely interested in the happiness of their employees and actively seek to improve skills and transparently communicate the vision for the product.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's not only about the primary benefits; the company has a lot of perks: great work-life balance (Dutch mentality), free lunch, study budget, travel to the other offices, great variable comp in commercial roles, amazing office locations and a lot of fun team activities!

Young crowd, very friendly and we get along also after office hours.

Very inclusive culture; almost 50-50 male-female ratio. At least 25 different nationalities.

Every day is exciting, we do and learn new things every day. The company moves fast, which provides a lot of chances. Management is receptive to new ideas from everyone.
