Lousy terminal manager. Three people have given 2 was notice. Health benefits takes too long to get after qualified. Was lied to by terminal Mgr and union rep. And no directory to talk to anyone. This company needs to step up their management skills. Not waiting 5 mos to get my insurance!

Everything, communication, people doing there job, and better organization at terminsl.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management, trucks are not mechanically taken care of, and have no dock workers to load trucks fast enough. The supervisor is run to death trying to get trucks loaded himself and all drivers are there trying to help load. Drivers should only be drivers.,
