What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything, communication, people doing there job, and better organization at terminsl.
Holding people accountable. Doing their jobs. Training leaders how to lead. EO Training, continuing training program. Create better programs such as maintenance and reception.
they hae no idea about loading trucks and general duties of us drivers, they need to be more hands on to understand their jobs

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we had a 10% give back in our pay to help out the company a few years back whih we were supppose to get back...hasnt happened yet
What are some of the best things about your team?
We deal with the negative management and do our jobs.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
coworkers work toether just fine until mgnt gets involoved then it all goes down hill

Very little to say about the morale.

mgnt needs to learn their jobs
get better management and supervisers

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management, trucks are not mechanically taken care of, and have no dock workers to load trucks fast enough. The supervisor is run to death trying to get trucks loaded himself and all drivers are there trying to help load. Drivers should only be drivers.,
