they hae no idea about loading trucks and general duties of us drivers, they need to be more hands on to understand their jobs

we had a 10% give back in our pay to help out the company a few years back whih we were supppose to get back...hasnt happened yet

Management, trucks are not mechanically taken care of, and have no dock workers to load trucks fast enough. The supervisor is run to death trying to get trucks loaded himself and all drivers are there trying to help load. Drivers should only be drivers.,
