He served as the Chief Integration Officer and Executive Vice President of Exelon Corporation from March 12, 2012 to April 15, 2012, Chief Financial Officer from January 29, 2008 to March 12, 2012, Senior Vice President since December 6, 2005 and Treasurer from 2011 to March 12, 2012. He served as Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President and Corporate Controller of Exelon Corporation. He served as the Principal Accounting Officer of ComEd and PECO Energy Company until December 31, 2006. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Commonwealth Edison Company. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Exelon Generation Company, LLC since 2008 and also served as its Treasurer since 2011. He served as Senior Vice President, Principal Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of Exelon Generation Company, LLC. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Credit Acceptance Corporation, Vice President and Controller of Kmart Corporation, Divisional Vice President of Strategic Planning and Financial Reporting of Kmart Corporation, Assistant Treasurer of Kmart Corporation and Divisional Vice President of Logistics Finance & Planning of Kmart Corporation. He served as Vice President of Sears Holdings Corporation. Mr. Hilzinger has been a Director of FuelCell Energy Inc. since August 5, 2015. He has been a Director of USG Boral Building Products Pty Limited since January 9, 2015. Mr. Hilzinger was a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
